I will make threads... but I would like to make them later... but it's not good that there so many threads for the same thing... it will make the forum havier and confuse new members...

These will probably be monitored when we get bigger, for now they're only here to keep activity up.

Yeah, cos just now there's really nothing to do, it's kinda pointless having the power of mod because there's nothing to do with it.

Hey, guys, don't say that being a mod or an admin in a new forum is pointless... you have to organise the forum, so that it will be ready when the new members come... and of course, a forum is never complete... it changes all the time, new threads, new posts, more SPAM Razz ... but a member wants to see organised things, not just a few threads for spam... and of course they want to make it better... being organised makes it easier to "convince" a visitor to become a member... they see sth interesting and they want to take part in it... and of course they want the opportunity to creat...

Well, there is... make threads, start conversations... these things attract members... they want to see active members that don't just log in...

If you had been learning greek for 7 or 8 years, you would be able to speak better greek than greek people...

Anyway, ideas will come... but these things ust be organised... I mean, it's better to have two threads instead of having 5 that 3 of them have spam as an issue...

Re: What is spam?

you got a point there Maria, but hey the forum is new, we are building it at the same time we are having fun. Theres no need to lock this thread because there insn't that thread in here in the first place, When this Forum gets more threads, then it would time to lock those unnecessary ones

Re: What is spam?

Post  nymphadora on July 9th 2008, 3:28 pm

Ok, the problem is that more threads make the forum heavier and that means that it will be slow... and it would bew better if they were deleted or put into one... if that can happen... I know that the forum is new but it is important to be organised so that control will not be lost when more members come... I know that threads might be details but here we say "details make the difference"...

That's the thing though, if we don't have a specific thing to talk about it will increase the activity of the topic as anyone can join.
