Ok,i think there should be a teacher application to apply for Jobs

I think that's a good idea to be honest but there should be restrictions, like only mods/admins get to be teachers or something.

Yeah, that is a pretty good idea. I think that Mods/Admins could be teachers and we could all teach classess and stuff while Roleplaying. I think that would be interresting, something we could try?

That's a good idea, but what if a member who really wants to teach, or has good ideas isn't a mod/admin? I think that it's kinda unfair...

I'm not sure about that actually.
How about couple of months we change teachers?
Whoever wants to be a professor applies for it and the admins pick out the best apps for that month. Those who get picked get to make the classes for a month or two, then they change. The whole thing starts again.

That would be a nice idea... but later, when Houses will have more members and need someone to control them...

At this momment in time we already have 'Prefects' for each house. The house Moderators are considered Prefects.

Does anyone else have any thoughts on the teaching positions or how to construct the classes. Will they just be RP?

I believe if there will be teachers and classes that they will all be based on an Roleplaying based posting. SO that way its easier and faster. And lets please all of us get back on topic. Otherwise this topic will be locked until further notice.
