Does Hagrid marry Madame Maxime

Does it say in the book that hagrid marry s Madame Maxime, i hope he does that would be cool!

No he doesn't marry her. They split up, I can't remember how exactly though

well that be awesome if they hooked up again, but i don't think there is any chance

Yeah, I believe they do not stay together. I think they split up at the end of GoF if I remember. Or sometime in OoTP I dont know. But yeah, soo sad. Hagrid is such a wonderful person. Now I feel sad.

Sometimes it's better being alone... and this is how Hagrid got used to live... alone, with the students... he's much more happier with them, that with a woman like Madam Maxime...

I never really thought about it that way. I suppose Hagrid really gets his love is from the students at Hogwarts. He doesn't really need a women, as his love comes from the school and helping kids. Sounds like an Happy life too me.

Yeah, I think having Madame Maxime in the books after OoTP would have just been one too many characters.
The reason they broke up was because Maxime refused to admit that she was a giant, she was in denial and broke up with him because he was open to the fact that he was one, and he tried to get her to admit that she was one too.
