Just to make everything clear, so people don't get confuse anymore

Ranks are not similiar to Mods or admins

Ranks does not have any power

(eg- Minister of Magic or Moderator)PS; This moderator has no power, its just a rank

Admins or Mods has the ability to Lock, Move or Split any forum sections, and only Admins can set the Permission on who is going to Moderate the forum.

Mods and Admins can do the Same things!
The only diffrence if that admins update the forum,eg. fix a broken link ect.
