Do you an in the photo gallery or in posts?
If it's posts then just Pictures?? tags if it's in the gallery then you upload them and wait for an admin to approve them.

Oh right, go into your profile and at the right-hand side there are a group of links, click the one you want and upload the pic. For the siggy you'll need a url though.
